1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or with a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

* You must include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or printing defect. 
* Do not mail the item back to us; once the photo is reviewed and verified, we will handle the rest.

2. Sizing, Colors, and Buyer's Remorse
Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind. Please carefully review the size charts provided on our product pages before finalizing your purchase.

3. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
